What we do

Build it. Grow it. Clear it.

Most outdoor jobs need more than one trade. Landmark covers all three sides of it, so your project never gets handed between subcontractors — or stalled waiting on one.

01 / Build

Fencing, gates
& retaining walls

Timber and Colorbond fencing built, repaired or fully replaced — plus Colorbond gates and fence gates hung to swing true and stay that way. Retaining walls to hold back garden beds and take the awkward slope out of a yard.

02 / Grow

Landscaping
& garden works

Garden makeovers from bare dirt or from an overgrown mess: lawn and turf, soil and mulch, planter boxes, replanting and a proper clean-up at the end. Practical planting that still looks right in three summers' time.

03 / Clear

Rubbish &
debris removal

General waste, garden waste, old furniture and whole-property clean-outs. Renos, demolition and fencing jobs leave offcuts, rubble and packaging behind — we load the lot and take it away. Everything cleared, nothing left on the verge.

How it runs

Four steps,
no surprises.

You should know what's happening, what it costs and when it's finished before anyone picks up a shovel. That's the whole process.

01

You get in touch

Call, or send the form below with a rough idea of the job. Photos help but aren't essential.

02

We come and look

An on-site look at access, levels, soil and what's already there — the things that actually change a price.

03

Fixed quote, in writing

What's included, what it costs, how long it takes. Free, and no pressure to go ahead.

04

Job done and cleared

Built to last, site swept, offcuts and waste taken with us. You get your yard back, not a mess.

Our promise

Built the way you'd
do it yourself.

A good job is more than "finished". We turn up when we say we will, explain what we're doing, and leave the site cleaner than we found it.

  • Solid workmanship, not the fastest fixPosts set properly, walls built to hold, fences squared up. The kind of work that's still straight in ten years.
  • Straight answers on cost and timingOne fixed quote in writing. If something genuinely changes on site, you hear about it before it happens — not on the invoice.
  • Site left tidy at the end of every dayTools packed, offcuts stacked, path clear. Your driveway stays usable while the job's running.
  • You deal with the owner, start to finishSame person quotes the job, runs the job and answers the phone afterwards. Nothing gets lost between an office and a crew.

Questions

Asked often
enough.

The things people usually want to know before they pick up the phone.

Do quotes actually cost nothing?

Correct — quotes are free and there's no obligation attached. We'd rather look at the job properly and give you a real number than guess over the phone and revise it later.

Timber or Colorbond — which should I go with?

Both hold up well; it depends on your boundary, your neighbours and the look you're after. Colorbond is low-maintenance and consistent, timber is warmer and easier to match to an older house. We'll tell you honestly which suits your site rather than which is easier for us.

Can you take the old fence and rubbish away?

Yes — removal is part of what we do rather than an add-on someone else handles. Old palings, posts, concrete footings, green waste and general junk all go with us when we leave.

Will you do a small job, or only big ones?

Small jobs are welcome. A couple of leaning panels, one gate that won't shut, a single trailer load of green waste — all fine. Being owner-run means we don't need a minimum project size to make the day work.

Do I need to be home while you work?

Not usually, as long as we can get access to the area and you're reachable by phone if something needs a decision. We'll confirm access arrangements when we quote.

What happens if the job turns out bigger than expected?

You hear about it before any extra work starts. If we open up a wall or dig a post hole and find something that changes the scope, we stop, explain it and agree the change with you first.
